Wonderful Stay!
free shuttle spacious room
The free shuttle to the ferry was so useful. The staff ensured prompt service. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had very good cleaning. I liked living near the city center because of the shuttle service. The hotel feels like home.
The room windows were not sealed properly. I heard wind all night long. The fridge also smelled a bit. A proper seal will address this.

the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the ferry, a very helpful service. breakfast had many good options. the superior double room was spacious. it was a relaxed stay.
the minibar was a little noisy at night.

convenient north stay
spacious room excellent staff
my room was quite spacious, clean and tidy. the shuttle service to the ferry was on time! i found the reception staff excellent. the bar onsite was beneficial, as there were not many other establishments nearby.
the windows were not properly sealed i heard winds all night long. the fridge had an unpleasant odor. there was no concept of restocking when i asked for creamers the receptionist sent only two.

the shuttle to the ferry was fantastic. it ran frequently and the drivers are very kind. ricardo was especially helpful and friendly. i appreciated the ease of getting to the city center without extra costs.
i noticed A slight cigarette odor in the bathroom.

fantastic stay near the ferry!
shuttle service friendly staff great value
The free shuttle service to the ferry was convenient. i used it multiple times each day and it ran very frequently. the staff was friendly, specifically the housekeeping manager from poland, abdeel, and mabel. They were always helpful. the value for money was good, i found the hotel affordable and comfortable.
The pillows were quite flat. I had to fold them to get comfortable? i think better quality pillows would improve the sleeping experience.
